Unfortunately we are unable to offer a return on the trailers we supply. It is very important to make sure you have ordered and configured the trailer correctly. We discuss your trailer choice and options with you to make sure it is the perfect fit.
Although we stock a selection of trailers it would be impossible to stock every variation of each trailer, therefore many of the trailers are ordered and built to your own specifcation by the manufacturer Brian James Trailers.
If there is a fault or a defect with the trailer you purchase from us, then we will, of couse, rectify the issue in a timely manner.
